The Responsible will treat your data according to the following primary purposes, which gave rise to the relationship we have with you: (a) provide the contracted services, as well as to grant, send or perform any act related to the product / service contracted with the Responsible; (b) register prospects or potential customers of the products and services offered through the platform and/or the website; (c) processing, updating, modification, cancellation and/or confirmation of the services, products and information sent by Liquido through the platform and/or the website, other mobile applications, telephone calls and/or email; (d) comply with the obligations contracted with Liquido; (e) detect and correct errors, as well as possible illegal conduct, including fraud; (f) send the requests for contracting or purchase of products or services that it makes for that purpose with Liquido; (g) to provide you with a personalized service and consistent with your particular needs; (h) provide the administration services of the platform and/or the website; (i) contact you for any questions related to your account or the services provided by Liquido; (j) carry out and follow up on queries, investigations and/or reviews of the activities, operations, complaints and/or claims of the Holder related to the services provided by Liquido; (k) verify and/or confirm identity or any data; (l) respond to queries, claims or complaints raised about Liquido's products and services; (m) to process payments related to the services offered by Liquido; (n) comply with any applicable legal provision; (o) comply with legal obligations arising from the business relationship; (p) carry out reviews of their employment, credit, financial and prevention and identification of operations with resources of illicit origin, Know Your Costumer in order to identify any possibility of existence of operations with resources of illicit origin and; (q) comply with any regulatory obligation arising from the services you wish to contract. Additionally, the Data Controllers may process Personal Data for the following secondary purposes: (a) for marketing and advertising purposes; (b) carry out measurements and studies of interest and impact of Liquido's products and services; (c) evaluate and improve our services and products and provide you with a better experience on the platform and/or website (d) perform data analysis for statistical purposes and service preferences.

The Data Controllers may transfer your personal data in the following cases established in the Data Protection Law for which we do not require your consent:When the transfer: (a) is made to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of the controllers, or to a parent company or any company of the same group of the Controllers operating under the same internal processes and policies; (b) is provided for in a law or treaty to which Mexico is a party; (c) is necessary by virtue of a contract concluded or to be concluded in their interest, by the Data Controllers and a third party; (e) is legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the administration or administration of justice; (f) for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in judicial proceedings; (g) is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the Data Controllers and the owner.
